Applications for Smart Phones is Growing Rapidly

Google Android and Apple's IOS earned a market share of 88 percent of all applications that are downloaded in the last 30 days.

Based on data from customers who download the application within 30 days, Nielsen said that 88 percent of them are holders of the handset with Android and IOS operating system. When compared to a year ago, 74 percent of customers who download the application within 30 days is the Android cell phone holder and IOS.

Phone subscribers in the U.S. also continue to download the application where the customer has paid or free. The number of applications that have been downloaded by each user melonjat to 41 applications in 2012, compared to only 32 applications in 2011. In fact, the amount of time to access the smart phone application is much longer than the time to access the mobile web.
